What’s the best ribeye at Carnivores Steakhouse?
Our 14 oz Aged Carnivore Ribeye ($45) is hand-cut and expertly aged for rich marbling and bold beef flavor, served with a loaded baked potato. For something different, try the 14 oz Samoan Ribeye ($47), finished with a pineapple-soy marinade and bright citrus.
Does Carnivores Steakhouse have burgers?
Yes. Our Texas Cheeseburger ($17) is topped with melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, onion, and pickles on a brioche bun. The Classic Smash Burger ($15) is smashed on the griddle for crispy edges, topped with cheddar, caramelized onions, and house pickles.
What wings does Carnivores Steakhouse serve?
Our Smoked Jumbo Wings ($18) are eight slow-smoked wings, tossed in your choice of Buffalo, BBQ, Sweet Chili, or our bold Dry Rub. Kids can order 5 pc Jumbo Wings ($10) with fries.
What are Texas Twinkies at Carnivores Steakhouse?
Texas Twinkies ($16) are four bacon-wrapped jalapeños stuffed with smoky brisket, cheddar, and cream cheese — a rich, spicy starter and one of our most-ordered appetizers.
Does Carnivores Steakhouse have an alpha-gal friendly menu?
Yes. We offer a separate alpha-gal friendly menu prepared without red meat, including a house-smoked turkey breast sandwich, salmon, a cod basket, a shrimp basket and pasta primavera. Sides use olive oil only, and alpha-gal fries are cooked in a separate fryer. Ours is a shared kitchen, so we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free experience. Does Carnivores Steakhouse serve brunch?
Yes. Weekend brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, with Ribeye & Eggs, Brisket Hash, Chicken & Waffles, a Steakhouse Omelette and more. See the brunch menu.
Do you have a tomahawk steak?
Yes. The 36 oz Tomahawk ($150) is a bone-in tomahawk ribeye with beef tallow butter and chimichurri, served with a salad and one side. It’s made to share, and availability is limited.
